We are looking for an experienced and motivated Water Hygiene Technician to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will carry out routine water hygiene monitoring, testing and remedial works in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.

This is a hands-on role requiring technical knowledge, attention to detail and a professional approach when representing the company on client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Temperature monitoring and sampling

• Closed system testing

• TMV servicing and inspections

• Showerhead descales and disinfection

• Cold water storage tank inspections and cleans

• Chlorination and system disinfection

• Completing digital reports and compliance documentation

• Identifying and reporting remedial works

• Maintaining company vehicle, tools and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in water hygiene

• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG274

• Experience in plumbing or remedial works

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently

• Strong communication skills

• Professional and client-focused attitude
